    A short, focused sprint to clarify priorities, restore calm, and reset direction.

    ⚙️ Fractional Leadership & Strategic Ops ($2.5K–$5K/day)
    Hands-on operational support to stabilize execution, align teams, and build systems that scale. May look like a Fractional COO, Chief of Staff, or Skunkworks Lead — depending on what the moment calls for.

    🧩 Offsite Facilitation ($12K–$18K)
    Custom offsites to align teams, clarify direction, and move through stuck conversations.
